Specifically, took charge of corporate planning tasks for joint venture subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan, including business plan formulation, budget and performance management, and coordination with domestic corporate functions such as Legal, Finance & Accounting, and HR. Supported the founding CEO by providing financial and numerical perspectives as part of global business planning for the group’s overseas expansion. • Accounting Support: Assist in daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, managing invoices, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. • Bank Negara Malaysia Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly reports to Bank Negara Malaysia. • Payment Request: Prepare and submit payment requests for the 15th DHM & 30th DHM. • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for DHM to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. • Financial Reporting: Support month-end closing procedures, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of management reports for DHM. • Inter-company Transactions: Prepare inter-company listing (DHM-DHML) and ensure accurate reporting between the two entities. • Journal Entries & Invoices: Prepare journal entries, process invoices, and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger. • E-invoicing Implementation: Support the implementation of e-invoicing for LHDN, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. • System Migration: Assist in the migration of accounting software from AutoCount to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring smooth transition and data integrity. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and manage all necessary financial and administrative documentation. • Other ad-hoc tasks: Provide support to the finance team and senior management as needed for other related tasks. ・Comprehensive Recruitment Strategy for Store Staff Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a stable and continuous pipeline of frontline store staff (service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors). Propose and implement forward-looking measures such as creating dormitories/hostels, transportation support, and referral programs to secure and retain talent. ・Utilize multiple sourcing channels (social media, referral, local communities, job fairs, vocational schools) to attract diverse candidates. Establish and monitor KPIs (time-to-hire, retention rate, recruitment cost) to drive speed and efficiency. Organizational Operation & Speedy Management Design agile HR processes that enable rapid store openings and smooth organizational scaling.
