Job Description ・Comprehensive Recruitment Strategy for Store Staff
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a stable and continuous pipeline of frontline store staff (service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors).
Propose and implement forward-looking measures such as creating dormitories/hostels, transportation support, and referral programs to secure and retain talent.

・Utilize multiple sourcing channels (social media, referral, local communities, job fairs, vocational schools) to attract diverse candidates.

Establish and monitor KPIs (time-to-hire, retention rate, recruitment cost) to drive speed and efficiency.
Organizational Operation & Speedy Management
Design agile HR processes that enable rapid store openings and smooth organizational scaling.
Collaborate closely with MD and management team to propose workforce planning aligned with store expansion strategy.

・Implement data-driven recruitment dashboards for real-time decision making.
Talent Development & Career Path
Create clear career advancement plans and promotion frameworks for store staff to motivate long-term retention.
Introduce structured training & development programs (onboarding, upskilling, leadership training).
Promote internal mobility and succession planning to build future store managers from within.

・Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure payroll, benefits, insurance, and labor law compliance across all stores.
Draft, update, and enforce company regulations (house rules, attendance, dress code, etc.) with a focus on fairness and transparency.
Act as a key contact for government agencies and ensure timely reporting/submissions.

・Employee & Workplace Support
Serve as a trusted contact point for staff inquiries and workplace issues.
Lead initiatives to improve staff welfare and engagement (housing, insurance, safety, well-being programs).
Oversee incident response, labor accidents, and trouble-shooting across stores.

・Office & Operational Management
Oversee visa/work permit applications, company housing contracts, office equipment procurement, and overall office administration.
Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and external partners for smooth daily operations.
Salary 12000~15000 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur  
Requirements Strong drive and creativity to propose “new ways to attract and retain frontline staff” in a competitive F&B market.
Who can speak Japanese N2 level
Hands-on execution ability and agility to support speedy organizational growth.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
Communication skills to liaise effectively with both headquarters and local stakeholders.
