Job Description Administrative Support:
Managing sales documentation.
Maintaining and updating customer sales records.
Handling sales-related correspondence, such as emails and phone calls.

Sales Process Coordination:
Assisting with the sales cycle, from lead generation to payment collection.
Tracking sales progress and identifying potential issues.
Liaising with other departments and service providers to ensure smooth sales operations.

Customer Relationship Management:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Creating and maintaining sales reports and dashboards.
Providing insights to the business development team based on data analysis.
Salary 3000~5000 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur  
Requirements Qualifications :Posses at least a degree in any field

Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Customer Service Skills:
Ability to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and build relationships.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.

Sales Knowledge:
Understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market trends.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process
