Specifically, took charge of corporate planning tasks for joint venture subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan, including business plan formulation, budget and performance management, and coordination with domestic corporate functions such as Legal, Finance & Accounting, and HR. Supported the founding CEO by providing financial and numerical perspectives as part of global business planning for the group’s overseas expansion.
