You will be responsible for the formulation and promotion of M&A, structural reform, and business revitalization projects at Mitsubishi Chemical Group Corporation. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - **Selection of Acquisition Targets**: Refine the necessary businesses, products, and technologies to strengthen our company's operations in coordination with business units. Continuously monitor the situation to enhance the certainty of project execution, including ongoing dialogue with potential acquisition targets. - **Formation and Operation of CFT (Cross Functional Team)**: Organize optimal Cross Functional Teams for project execution in alignment with group strategies, including divestment of non-core businesses and M&A for strengthening core businesses.
